"I’m not sure if I just caught..."
I’m not sure if I just caught them at a busy time, but it took a few days to hear back from support. When they did respond, I didn’t really feel like the answer helped much. Maybe I was expecting too much, but it was a bit frustrating.

They do have a good selection, but it felt a bit pricey for what you actually get. I also got transferred around when I tried to ask a simple question, which was annoying and made the whole experience feel more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Great packaging, no surprises"
I ordered from thebar.com and the first thing I noticed was how solid the packaging was. The box felt sturdy, and everything inside seemed arranged in a really intentional way, with padding in all the right spots.

I usually look for patterns with online deliveries, like whether corners are crushed, bottles shift around, or labels get scuffed. None of that happened here. No leaks, no broken bottles, and the labels still looked clean and fresh.

I was a little unsure about ordering drinks online, but this went smoothly from start to finish. Based on how carefully it arrived, I’d definitely feel comfortable ordering again

Browsing the site was fine and I found what I needed quickly, but checkout was where things got a little dramatic. Some pages took their sweet time loading, and I ended up having to double-check my delivery details twice, which felt mildly exhausting for what should’ve been a quick order. It all went through in the end, thankfully, but the shopping experience could definitely be smoother.

"Delivery was okay, just a little slow"
My order did finally arrive and everything was in good shape, but it came a bit later than I expected, the tracking did work which was nice because I could at least see where it was, it just felt like the whole delivery process dragged on a little and wasn’t exactly the fastest service I’ve used.

"I might be forgetting a couple of things..."
I might be forgetting a couple of things that were actually in stock, but what I mostly remember is being annoyed. I went on thebar.com looking for a few specific bottles, and it felt like almost everything I wanted was either missing or out of stock. The selection seemed a lot smaller than I expected, and it kept showing me items I couldn’t actually buy. I ended up giving up and ordering from somewhere else. Just didn’t feel worth the time

"Still waiting on my refund"
I sent my order back weeks ago and I’m still waiting for the refund to be sorted. What’s more frustrating is that there’s been no follow-up or update from anyone, so I have no idea what’s going on

"Felt a bit misled by my order"
I’m giving 2 stars because the delivery did show up, but the order wasn’t what I chose. I ended up getting a different bottle than the one I picked, and one item was missing altogether. It kind of felt misleading since I expected to get exactly what I paid for. Support also took a while to respond, which made the whole thing more frustrating. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely annoying
